Returns and Refunds Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns of used items.
Sales item (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Defective / Damaged item (if applicable)
Please inspect your items upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during production.
We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will assist in your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
Cancellation (if applicable)
We made our products to order, hence we cannot accept change of mind cancellations.

Conditions of return
To return your product, you should mail your items back to us.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item(s) over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
